구글에서 검색하던중 찾았습니다.
대충 아래 내용과 같은데요~
암튼 닷넷 프레임워크 4.5.1을 설치하면 안되네요~
Windows 7 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64) users.
If you are missing Vehicle communication or have a missing image or red/black X in place of the DICE selection for vehicle communication, no need to panic, just uninstall .NET Framework 4.5.1. VIDA does NOT work with .NET Framework 4.5.1
