직구해서 잘 사용하던 usb가 고장이 나버렸어요~

그런데 a/s를 받을려니 막막하더라구요~

그래서 본사에 연락을 했습니다.

답변입니다.

a/s 기간 1년(one year warranty)

자세한 방법은 추후 문의를 해야겠지만 전 1년이 넘버러여서 포기했네요~

수리하려면 NT$1260내라고 하네요~ 

근데 이게 타이완 달러인데 한화로 40000원 좀 넘네요. 그냥 새로 사야하겠네요~

이젠 직구 말고 그냥 살래요~ a/s 그래도 몇년은 되는걸로 사야겠어요

Do you bought the USB at May 1, 2014?

If yes that we are afraid can’t to provide with you free service.

If you need to repair it. the pay NT$1260 for the 128GB model.
